origins, email preferences, email communications
Tell Us What You Think

Origins, the brand promoting beauty and wellness through their good-for-you products and feel-good experiences sent out an email yesterday asking for their customers feedback. Simply, they wanted to know what products customers particularly favored. Being a big fan of Origin products, I filled out the form and am waiting to see what type of follow up comes next. Maybe a free sample of my favorite products, wouldn’t that be nice, but doubtful. My assumption is that this is one way the brand is trying to capture additional preference information to send more targeted email communications to their customers and in return drive more sales.

With that, I love how they are turning the email around, back to the customer. Origins is sharing information with me but also asking for me to share information with them. Email should be treated as two way communication and this is a perfect example!
Stay tuned for my follow up email, if/when I get their follow up.
